Online Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
The European Commission offers a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at this link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Important note: The online dispute resolution (ODR) platform will be permanently discontinued on July 20, 2025. Therefore, complaints can no longer be submitted on the ODR platform as of March 20, 2025. We are willing to participate in an out-of-court arbitration procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
